Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from this store, operated under the ENAMELIFT brand at enamelift.com. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Who can buy

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older, or have the consent of a legal guardian. We sell to consumers in the 27 countries of the European Union. We do not currently sell outside the EU.

3. How the contract is formed

The product pages are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy at the price shown. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before dispatch. If we do, you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: shipping is free on every order and there is nothing to pay on delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you place the order. We accept the methods shown at checkout, which are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Bulgaria within one working day and delivered by an express carrier, free of charge. We undertake to deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we miss that, you may set us a short additional period, and if we miss that too you may cancel the contract and get every sum you paid back. Full detail is in our shipping policy.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.

7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at distance you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The full instruction, the deadline, the consequences and the one hygiene exception that applies to a food product are set out in our refund policy, and the model form is at enamelift.com/pages/withdrawal-form.

8. Our 90-day money-back guarantee

Separately from your statutory rights, we give you 90 days from delivery to ask for your money back in full, keeping the boxes. This is a commercial guarantee we offer voluntarily, it is more generous than the law requires, and it does not replace or reduce anything in section 7 or section 9. Terms in the refund policy.

9. Your legal guarantee if something is faulty

You have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. If the goods are faulty, or are not what we described, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced at no cost, or to a price reduction or a refund where that is not possible. If a defect shows up within the first year, it is assumed to have been there on delivery unless we can show otherwise. Some EU countries give you longer or wider rights, and those apply on top. Email hi@enamelift.com to make a claim.

10. Subscriptions

A subscription runs until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, you choose an interval of 4, 8 or 12 weeks, and you can skip, change or cancel from your account at any time before the next order is charged. Prices, charge timing and the notice we give before a price change are in our cancellations policy.

11. What we sell

ENAMELIFT is a cosmetic chewing gum. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ingredients and doses per piece are published on the ingredients page and on the pack. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, check with your doctor before adding anything new.

12. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control. If it lasts, either of us may cancel the affected order and we refund you in full.

13. Using this website

Use the site for shopping and for reading what is on it. Do not try to break it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.

14. Our content

The ENAMELIFT name, the site, its text, photography and design are ours. You may share and link to them. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without our permission.

15. Your account

An account is optional. If you open one, keep your login details to yourself. Tell us at hi@enamelift.com if you think someone else has them.

16. Privacy

What we do with your personal data, why, and what you can ask us to do about it, is in our privacy policy.

17. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep the date at the top current so you can tell.

18. Complaints and dispute resolution

Email hi@enamelift.com first. We answer every complaint, and almost everything is settled that way.

We are not currently subject to, and have not committed to, any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body. If you would rather not deal with us directly, the European Commission publishes the list of approved dispute resolution bodies across the EU at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies, and you can always go to the consumer protection authority or the courts of the country you live in. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer handles complaints.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
