ENAMELIFT is a trading name. The registered company details, the entry in the Bulgarian Commercial Register and the VAT identification number are published here as soon as they are issued. Until then, the postal address and email above are the binding contact details for this store, and every consumer right described in our terms of service applies in full.

What we sell, and where

Cosmetic chewing gum, sold to consumers in the 27 countries of the European Union. Prices include VAT. Orders are dispatched from Bulgaria.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are not currently subject to, and have not committed to, any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body. Email hi@enamelift.com with a complaint and we will deal with it directly.

If you would rather go elsewhere, the European Commission publishes the list of approved consumer dispute resolution bodies in every EU country at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. In Bulgaria the consumer protection authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection, kzp.bg. You can also go to the consumer authority or the courts of the country you live in.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints, which is why there is no link to it here.
