The 90-day money-back guarantee

Chew ENAMELIFT for 90 days. Love it and it is yours. Ask for your money back at any point in those 90 days and you get the full order refunded, and you keep the boxes, opened or not. There is nothing to send back.

How to claim it

Email hi@enamelift.com with your order number. We approve it and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong order

Send us a photo at hi@enamelift.com and we replace it. No return needed, and the guarantee window is untouched.

On a subscription

The guarantee covers a subscription order exactly as it covers a one-time order. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us, and you will not be billed again. The full terms are in our cancellations policy.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

The guarantee above is ours, and it is more generous than the law requires. Separately, EU law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase. It runs alongside the guarantee and nothing here limits it.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ENAMELIFT, Bul. D-R G. M. Dimitrov 58, 1172 Sofia, Bulgaria, hi@enamelift.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website at enamelift.com/pages/withdrawal-form. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When the withdrawal right does not apply

Because this is a food product, the statutory withdrawal right does not cover a box that has been unsealed after delivery. That is the standard hygiene exception in EU consumer law. It changes nothing about our 90-day guarantee, which covers opened boxes and asks for no return at all.

If something is faulty

On top of everything above, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. If what arrives is faulty or is not what we described, email us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
