Shipping

Free express shipping on every order, across Europe. No threshold, no calculated-at-checkout surprise. Orders leave within one working day.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved in three days, email us and we will chase it.

When it arrives

Your tracking email carries the carrier's own estimate for your address, which is the most accurate date anyone has. Customs, weather and public holidays can move it.

Whatever that estimate says, we undertake to deliver within 30 days at the latest. Miss that and you can give us a short extra period, and if we miss that too, cancel for a full refund.

If your country is not on that list, we are not shipping there yet. Email hi@enamelift.com and we will let you know when we do.

The 90-day guarantee

Chew it for three months. If your teeth do not look better to you, email us and we refund the order. You do not need to return a half-finished box, and you do not need to explain yourself.

Ninety days is deliberate: surface stains come off gradually, and a two-week window would only be long enough to judge the flavour.

Your statutory 14 days, on top

EU law gives you 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. It sits alongside the guarantee above and takes nothing away from it. Use the withdrawal form or just tell us by email.

Something arrived damaged

Send us a photo and we will replace it. No return needed.
