Withdrawal form
Your statutory 14-day right, and the form that exercises it.
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving any reason. This page is the form for doing it, and it is the fastest route. You do not have to use it: an email to hi@enamelift.com saying you are withdrawing does exactly the same job.
The deadline
The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you nominated other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods. Sending your notice on the fourteenth day is in time. Worth knowing before you fill this in
