Coffee shadow is going
Six weeks, two a day, and the brown line where my front teeth meet is noticeably lighter. Not gone. Lighter. I've had four cleans in three years and it always came back within months so I'm cautiously pleased. Taste is fine, quite soft mint, wears off after ten minutes or so which is the only thing I'd change.

Went for my six-monthly clean in March and the hygienist asked if I'd changed anything, because there was noticeably less to scrape off along the bottom front teeth than usual. I'd been chewing these since roughly November and honestly hadn't clocked a difference myself. That's the review really. I didn't notice, someone whose job it is to look at my teeth did. I've kept going since and I'm on the subscription now because I kept forgetting to reorder and then going two weeks without. Small thing but the pieces are individually sealed so you can drop a few loose in a bag without them going soft.

Firmer than normal gum for the first minute and I nearly wrote it off on day one. By the end of the first week I'd stopped noticing, and now I actually prefer it because it doesn't go to mush after five minutes like normal gum does. Flavour holds about fifteen minutes for me.

Started with me. Coffee drinker, forty-one, teeth that had gone the colour of weak tea without me really registering when. Then my husband, because he kept taking them out of my box and pretending he hadn't. Then my eldest, who is nineteen and vain in the way nineteen-year-olds are, and who noticed my teeth before either of us said anything and asked what I was doing. Between us we're getting through six a day and the subscription arrives every four weeks looking increasingly insufficient. Results, honestly, vary. Mine are the most obvious because I had the most staining. My husband, who drinks tea, has had a slower and quieter improvement.
